Purchase: I bought a dozen of the Hi-Brid 3-Piece balls (with personalization) through www.golfballs.com. I have been looking to switch to a new, good quality ball to play with that doesn't cost as much for a dozen as a round of golf. I picked this dozen up for $18.95 and that included shipping and personalization.
Pros: These balls provide a good amount of spin coming off of the club face. I played a round in middle georgia on a course that had very hard, very fast greens, and when I hit the green, these balls seemed to bite fairly well (given the circumstances).
I am a high hadicapper with a fast right-hand swing, and these balls also seemed to straighten out my slice.
Cons: These balls are softer than the hard, distance balls that I am accustomed to playing. I didn't get the distance off of the tee box that I am used to getting.
Hi-Brid 3-Piece Golf Ball Quality: I didn't notice any defects on the balls and the packaging was good.
Review & Rating Summary: Even though I sacrificed distance with these balls, I would definitely buy another dozen. I feel that the bite and response that I could get from this product was well worth a few less yards on the drive.
